Return & Refund Policy

Every Paintacles product is made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size or colour selections. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address before placing your order.

That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of everything we make. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Eligible Issues — Free Reprint or Refund

You are entitled to a free reprint or a full refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Contains a manufacturing error (wrong item, misprinted design, etc.)
  • Is confirmed lost in transit by our support team

Reporting window: Issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date, with a clear photo showing the problem. You do not need to return the item.

To report an issue, use our returns form with your order number and photos.

Not Eligible for Reprint or Refund

The following are not covered by our policy:

  • Wrong size or colour selected by the customer at checkout
  • Minor print placement variations within the standard 0.5" DTG tolerance
  • Embroidery thread colour variations or slight stitching differences (inherent to the craft)
  • Fading or damage due to improper washing (always follow the care label)
  • Orders tracked as "Delivered" but reported as not received — these are reviewed case by case

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • A reshipment can be arranged at your cost, or
  • A partial refund (product price only, excluding shipping) may be issued

Please verify your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.

Lost in Transit

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (domestic/regional) or 45 days (international) of your estimated delivery date, please contact us within one week of those thresholds.

We will investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a free reprint or full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
