About Us

Paintacles is a print-on-demand brand celebrating families, kids, and the seasons of life through art. We are a Nigerian-registered business that sells globally. All products are manufactured and fulfilled by our network of certified print providers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Products & Print-on-Demand

Every item in our store is made to order. This means:

• Products are printed individually after your order is placed.
• Slight variations in colour, print placement (up to 0.5" tolerance for DTG), or texture may occur between items — this is a natural characteristic of the print-on-demand process, not a defect.
• Product images on our site are representative. Screen colours may vary slightly from the printed result.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include the product cost but do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in your country — these are your responsibility.
• We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely; we do not store your card details.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order before production begins — for example, if a product becomes unavailable or if a design is found to violate our Intellectual Property Policy. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Production & Fulfilment

Orders are sent to our print providers after payment is confirmed. Production typically begins within 1–3 business days. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, branding, and content published on Paintacles are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. You may share images of products you have purchased for personal or social media use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs commercially without written permission. Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. We do, however, offer free reprints or refunds for damaged, defective, or lost items. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paintacles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, without prejudice to your rights under the consumer protection laws of your own country.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
