Shipping Policy

Every Paintacles product is made to order and shipped directly to you. We partner with a global network of certified print and fulfilment facilities to ensure your order is produced close to you, reducing transit times and environmental impact.
Production Time
All items are printed on demand after your order is confirmed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time may be slightly longer during peak seasons (November–December).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the facility.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to 180+ countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following estimates apply after your order has been dispatched. These are guidelines, not guarantees — actual delivery may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing.
Shipping Carriers
We use a range of carriers depending on your location and order type, including USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and regional postal services. The carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking link.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time on our order tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, or VAT in your destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot predict or control customs fees. If you're unsure about potential charges in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange reshipment at your cost, or issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (domestic/regional) or 45 days (international) of your estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, will offer a free reprint or full refund.
Note: We are unable to file a claim for a package tracked as "delivered" unless there is clear evidence of non-delivery.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate shipments. You'll receive individual tracking links for each shipment.
